Emmanuel Boissard
Emmanuel Boissard began his career in 1995 with the law firm Ader Jolibois & Associés. Trained by challenging and attentive senior lawyers, he worked for 5 years on both transactional and litigation matters. He dealt with various areas of business law - corporate, commercial, real estate, stock exchange, security, insolvency, employment and white-collar crime.
In 2000, he joined Arthur Andersen as manager and specialized in corporate law and M&A. He worked on advisory assignments leading a team of junior lawyers.
From 2003 to 2014, Emmanuel worked for the law firm of Ernst & Young. He was promoted to Executive Director in 2010. He led complex assignments in corporate law, M&A and corporate governance, working closely with other experts in law, accounting and advisory fields. In addition, he held internal functions for EY, in particular as quality and risk management leader.

Thibault Deraison
Thibault Deraison started his legal career in 2000 at Archibald Andersen, which was to become Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats.
He specializes in financial services law (banking, financial, and insurance regulation) and assists his clients, particularly with the creation or transformation of regulated entities, the distribution of services and/or products, the drafting of general terms and conditions, the simplification of legal structure of regulated group entities, the establishment of partnerships, and financing arrangements. In addition to providing legal advice and drafting pre-contractual and contractual documentation, he helps his clients ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
