Billing methods

Fees are always agreed in an engagement letter specifying the services to be provided and the amount of fees or the fees determination framework including possible expenses.

Fees can be billed on the following basis:

• Hourly rate — Billing based on time spent on your case
• Fixed fee — Pre-agreed amount for a defined assignment
• Subscription — Preferential and lower rate for ongoing support

Additionally, a success fee may be agreed.
